[SIPForum-discussion] Reg: User=phone in SIP URI

Hello Frns,
 
Can sombody help me in order to gather info regarding user=phone in SIP
URI, 
do you have any standard document or RFC to refer.what I know is it is
used to inform that there is a number in the user-info.
 
sip:nnnn at domain;user=phone
 
and also if there is no number in the from still should user=phone must
be sent?
