[SIPForum-discussion] 185 ringing / 199 trying

It's so funny to see that responses, haha. anyway, the reason phrase is just
a description of the status code and I think maybe this server just want to
make some differences. agree with Gaurav, can't send response to response.
wait for the final responses upper 199.
