[SIPForum-discussion] why our UA send register packets to proxy server twice?

Dear All
    if our UA and Server locate at the same networks , all are ok. but if
our UA and Server locate at the deference networks (a firewall locate at the
front of the server), the UA will sent register packet twice ,one udp
identifier is 1 the other is 2........
    any advice?
