[SIPForum-discussion] Replace header in REFER message

Replace header is based on the dialog information (ID, to-tag and from-tag) of a current dialog. An INVITE with the Replace header will replace the current dialog. For example

A is in dialog with B.
C send a INVITE with replace (with dialog information) header to A.
Dialog between A and B gets replaced by a new dialog between A and C.
