[SIPForum-discussion] accept header in client request .

Hi,

I have testing a scenario where :

Client is expecting NOTIFY message from server with
MIME type as 'message/sipfrag'. but while sending the
request the client does not mention the same in the
'ACCEPT' header.
Now, How should be the server behaviour in this
scenario. 

It is ok if the server still send the NOTIFY with
content-type as 'message/sipfrag' ?
