Hi Amit,
you are talking about a 3-way conference. In most of the cases the
origination of the first call is unimportant. The signaling can be
achieved in 2 ways -
1. by local media mixing at A (example signaling:
http://www.tech-invite.com/Ti-sip-service-10.html)
2. by 3pcc (RFC 3725)
In the first case the controller of the call (the UA that merges audio of
the two call legs) has to have physical capabilities of merging two media
paths - typically achieved by DSP. In case of 3PCC, the mixing can be done
by the 3pcc controller/app server.
