Hi,
   SIP media negotiation is the technique which you
use to negotiate the parameters(ports, IP's , encoding
used etc) which is going to be used by the two end
points.One of th eways to do this is to send SDP in
the message content header of SIP using which the two
endpoints can negotiate the media which they want to
use.For more info on SDP please refer RFC 3264.
