          By Sample application do you mean a SIP softphone which u can try
out some calls, or the source code.

if you are referring to SIP softphone, then u can try out SJPhone, Xlite,
etc. For source code, you can search for some open source SIP stack in
sourceforge.net. One of them is Sofia-sip.
