 Thanks a lot for your help,

 But I have checked the branch parameter of 200 OK, it is the same as the branch of INVITE, 

 perhaps you misread the branch, "ixvoicegenerate3partybranch" is the tag  of TO field.

The branch parameter on the topmost Via header field is the transaction identifier. 

In your trace, the 200 you are concerned about has a topmost VIa containing a 

branch parameter of "ixvoicegenerate3partybranch", which does not match the 

INVITE's branch parameter of "z9hG4bK3590330518-32922114". 

The UA receiving the 200 finds no matching transaction and is dropping the response.
