Hi Saurabh,

I guess you can do this with SIPp (http://sipp.sourceforge.net/), it is an
open-source SIP test tool developed by HP. It allows you to create your own
SIP flow and traffic. You should be able to add the user=phone attribute
into the messages very easily.
