[SIPForum-discussion] Why use SIP Proxy

Hi,

 

Trying to figure out why and if I should use a SIP proxy instead of
simply putting SRV records in the DNS?

 

What is the use of a SIP proxy when I have a SIP gateway and a SIP PBX?
