Hi Ankit,
The RTP header alone will not give you enough information, because,
usually DTMF will come as some dynamic payload type (96 or more).
After stripping off the standard 12 byte RTP packet you need to look ahead
further and parse a DTMF event specific header. This should be according
to RFC 2833
You can check out in section 3.5 and 3.9 in that RFC.
