Hi Alan,
The SIP Center offers a lot of this type of information on products and
services. Specifically take a look at

Anyone on the wider discussion forum who wants to get a product added on
this list, then just visit the site and raise this with the SIP Center
editor - there's no fee for being added.

1. list of SIP server deployments with Mobile and Fixed Operators who
offer SIP based Telephony
2. SIP based CPE equipment listing
