[Abhishek] Here, your statement is conflicting. If you have sent INVITE
with Expires header equal to 10 seconds, then you would have to send
CANCEL after you INVITE method expires. In this case you would not
(infact can not) receive a CANCEL from UAS. If message is sent to the
proxy, then proxy may send "480 Request Timeout" after 10 seconds.

On the other hand, if you are UAS and you have received an INVITE with
Expires header, then you may expect CANCEL after the message expires. If
you are not receiving CANCEL, then the calling endpoint is misbehaving.
