Hello Nissar,
MCU is more of a H.323 terminology. You may possibly check out SIP based
conference servers (or generic SIP B2BUAs: most of them will have multiple
call-leg control functionality to build a conference application on top of
it).
For standardization check out
RFC 4353: A Framework for Conferencing with the Session Initiation
Protocol (SIP)
RFC 4579: Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Call Control - Conferencing
for User Agents
