Please correct me if am wrong but I tried to give comments under your lines;

/Exactly,you just need to configure it on your session that means define session by session or already defined with your video phone/on (Hope RTP > payload also). Kindly clarify this concept or guide me how to proceed to > accomplish this task. And also please correct if my analysis is wrong.> 
/may be I can not exactly clarify it but let me say there are companies like Avaya and Radvision(Specificly research that one) that implemented your requests so may be their user guides will give you a thought/> Regards,> -Lakshmi
