Does anyone know if Juniper has actually sold any more SBC outside the
Kagoor customers?

Nelson,

There are many out there, like Netrake, NexTone, Sonus NBS,
Ditech/Jasomi, Cisco is coming out with one soon, Juniper/Kagoor etc.
Last but not least, open source like OpenSBC (software only).
