Hi ,

 

       I think the property file set has some problem.. 

While setting the outbound proxy 

Do not give the port number.

 

Change 

 

"192.168.5.190/5060/UDP"

 

To 

","192.168.5.190/UDP"

 

 

Try this,, think it will work.
