[SIPForum-discussion] Single Line Extension

Hello,

 

The latest version of the Session Initiation Protocol Service Examples
document (
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-sipping-service-examples-13)
specifies that "the Single Line Extension call flow has been removed
from this document and will be covered in a separate document."
However, I don't see any other mention of this in the rest of the
document.  Can anyone point me to this "separate document"?
