[SIPForum-discussion] How to Use FFMPEG for video streaming

Hi.
Can any one tell how to use FFmpeg library , I have encoded the data in to
MJPEG format for RTP , but its not showing good quality , so i dicided to
change the codec . Now i changed MPEG 4 codec but while a make a static file
of the encoded data its also not showing proper quality , can any one tell
me how to encode,,,,,,,second thing is i want to send MPEG 4 over RTP ,seems
a typical task !!!!!
I need your concern .................
