[SIPForum-discussion] UNSUBSCRIBE Request

There is UNSUBSCIBE requst in SIP.
   
  In field scenerio, usually a SIP phone registers to Register server after getting an IP address from the DHCP server. Once the IP lease given for that phone expires the phone will request the DHCP server once again to get an IP address, at this moment if DHCP assigns a new IP address to that phone then the phone will ( must ) UNSUBSCRIBE for the previous ip address and it will REGISTER to the REGISTER server with a new ipaddress.
