Hi Amit,
Session-Expires is nothing but, who is going to act as refresher. For
example if UAC is refresher and supports timer, then UAC will refresh
the session by sending REINVITE or UPDATE to the proxy and re-establish
the session. The same proxy can also act as refresher as well as UAS.
