[SIPForum-discussion] Can 180 carry Session SDP with it?

Hi, everyone,
here is a scenario,
UE_A supports precondition,and needs resourse reservation,
UE_B does not support precondition,
UE_A sends a INVITE to UE_B,
since UE_B does not support precondition,it will send a 180,
the question is,can 180 carry Session SDP with it in such scenario?
