 There is a provision in RFC4474 to do a challenge (a new type of
header, called identity/identity-info) for BYE /SUBSCRIBE/MESSAGE etc.

      I havn't seen this before. and I think there is no case need to
authenticate the OPTIONS method.
But I think if needed, the flow should like REGISTER or INVITE, there
are no different between them.
