What do you mean by call object here?

If UAC does not receive any final response, then UAC transaction should
be deleted and transaction layer would inform TU about this. If you are
relating the call object with the TU (transaction user) then behavior
would depend upon the type of SIP entity (SIP-Proxy, SIP-Phone etc).
