Hi Ken,

I see a problem here. As per RFC 3407, Section 3:

"The first capability description MUST, however, follow
   immediately after the sequence number."

In the enclosed SDP, however, the sequence number is
coming after the capability description which in incorrect.

Also, two "a=cpar" lines with "a=ptime" doesn't makes any sense to me.
