Hi Francisco,

Unfortunately, I could only send 400-699 error messages via the AS so I am not able to explain the message.

But when I focused on your log, I thought that 363 is not a SIP message (well, could be but not in your log).

On the other side how about time expiration of Gateway? because it sends BYE thats why endpoint is getting disconnected.

When I examine the log I figure it out that whenever UA sends RTP or SIP messages it uses debug type messages f.e;

2007-07-27 13:32:37 Local7.Debug 58.84.238.73 BYE
2007-07-27 13:31:27 Local2.Debug 58.84.238.73 [0:0]RTP Tx Up (pt=0->3a54ee54:16440)

so I think the 363 which is occured in;

is not a SIP message.

What my suggestion is focuse to internal messages of linksys gateway which module uses the 5061 port.

This is just direct IP dialing . The 58.84.238.84 is the IP of gateway and the 58.84.238.73 is the endpoint.

We are receiving 2 363 messages before a phone is disconnected . this happens during a normal call sequence and the phone just got disconnected . 

May I ask on how to resolve this issue ???

What is causing this 363 message ...We think that because of this 363 message received 2x , this causes the BYE sequence...Is it usual to receive 2 x 363 message ??? What is this ?
