it signify that the session will be avaliable during the time interval between "5" and " 6" .
Actually, the value for the <start time> and <end time> should be the decimal representation fo NTP time value in seconds.

What is meaning of session is permanent.
[DG] A permanent session does not expire but it end with a related BYE
( when ever we are having either AUDIO or VIDEO session , then it persisit for some time ( let 5 hrs) . can we call this type of session as permanent session

'T' line specifies the duration of the time for which the session is active.
If both stop and start time is 0 then session is treated as permanent.
