[SIPForum-discussion] questions about VOCAL voice delay

Hi,

	Is there anybody have used VOCAL( a open source sip stack ).
(http://www.vovida.org/) .we has tested the VOCAL-1.5.0 in LAN. But we find
that there is a big voice delay during calling.
	A call B, B can hear A's voice when 3 second has passed. Why it has
this large latency. Is there anyone knows.
     Any of your comment will be highly appreciated.
