I have already tried statistics->RTP->stream analysis. It will show the
stream however, it wont extract the audio file out of it since ethereal
doesnt support G729. Does anyonw know any other way of doing so?

Hi,

In order to save audio from ethereal, select the one RTP packet from the
audio stream you wish to extract. In ethereal go to
Statistics-->RTP-->Stream Analysis.. From the Dialog box that appears,
select "save payload". I think the rest is straight forward.

I hope I have helped.

Hello All,

Does any one know how to extract audio from an Ethereal trace file with
G729?

Thanks,

Keyur
