[SIPForum-discussion] SIP Event server

Hi folks,
I am looking for a SIP event server that is capable of:
a) RFC 3265 compliance
b) supports the watcher-info template package
c) Allows me to add new event packages
d) supports draft-ietf-simple-xcap-07  and
draft-ietf-simple-xcap-diff-02.txt

Any pointers ?
