Hi,

currently My Company is developing a SIP based VoIP Soft Router with CDR and
accounting package. We are developing using Java EE and for that we are
using Java based Open Source SIP stack
JAIN-SIP<https://jain-sip.dev.java.net/>,
which is a NIST project. There are other projects related to that. If your
solution is Java based you use them out of the box.
