[SIPForum-discussion] REVISED (V3): SIP Forum General Meeting Notice

Well, I shouldn't be doing proof-reading at 3am.  The V1/V2 notices  
had multiple, different dates/times for the meeting, and the proxy  
ballot deadline was also inconsistent.

The correct date/time/location for the meeting is:
   Wednesday, 13 September 2006
   6:00 - 7:30pm
   Sheraton Boston Hotel & Towers
   Commonwealth Room

The correct deadline for returning proxy ballots is (one day before  
the meeting):
   Tuesday, 12 September 2006

Note (for formality's sake) that the email to which the original  
notice was attached showed the *correct* meeting date/time, and the  
title page of the notice document showed the correct date.  For the  
record, V3 of the Notice is attached, with all instances of date/time  
double-triple-quadruple checked.  :-)

My apologies for the inaccuracies.
