The registration is not a problem. The Phone is always dialing. But only
sometimes there is sound. It seems as if the sound is going a different path
than the registration. Could the IAD do NATing as well so that we have
double NAT, once in the firewall and once again in the IAD. And then of
course again in the remote router?

Oum...if you open port 5060 udp in the pix and the good range of port for
RTP the Nating should do the job.
but sound is only heard once in a wile on the telephones behind the router??
whats going on do you have a one way voice path?
