Dear SIP Forum members:

Just a reminder that the SIP Forum annual General Meeting will be  
held next week in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.  (This is the same week  
that the VON conference is also being held in Boston.)

Meeting details:
Date:   Wednesday, 20 September 2005
Time:   6:00pm (ending approximately 7:30)
Location:  Sheraton Hotel, Boston (Prudential Center, 39 Dalton St.)
Room:  Hampton Room

The agenda is:
- Operational review (past/next 12 months)
- Voting items (Board of Director elections, etc.)
- Refreshment / networking time

PS -- please note that the Sheraton is not immediately adjacent to  
the facility where VON is being held; it is a very long walk, or  
(better) a taxi ride away.  Please allow yourself time to get from  
the VON conference over to the Prudential Center area (in Back Bay)  
for the SIP Forum meeting.  While this location is away from VON, it  
is near to most hotels and much nearer to dinner restaurants should  
you wish to go to dinner after the meeting.  -jb
