[SIPForum-discussion] Callee is Busy

I just set up sipXphone and am calling into a voice
web browser that is waiting for my call. 

I call by URL at sip:vws at hostname:5060 and get a busy
signal. I do not understand why. Does anyone have any
tips to get around this ?
