Ponrajadurai,

In general,
SIP & MGCP are simpler/faster than the H323. (H323 nowadays is in
version 4, but not all equipments talk v4., so in a bigg world and is
dificult to have full compatible technologies using different stacks.)
SIP have the power to easily encript the messages, so if you are
thinking in use VoIP over the internet is a very important feature.
SIP have a the posibility of  send additional information in the
signaling using the standart and you can add propietary features without
brake the standart.
Is a long story, you can see a lot of articles with H323 vs SIP. MGCP is
the standart for Packetcable networks but is migrating to SIP in the
nexts standarts.
