Hi, 

 

I 'm researching about Calling Card services using SIP. I was reading the
RFC3515(SIP REFER) and RFC3725(3PCC in SIP), it seems that REFER is quite
elegant way to establish the third party call, which is same a legacy IN
services.

 

Is there anybody have experience on developing this kind of application?
