Dear SIP Forum Members:

If you are an implementer of STIR/SHAKEN and other SIP-based services and
applications, and are interested in performing interoperability tests with
other solutions providers, then SIPit 33 is the event for you.

SIPit 33
<https://www.sipforum.org/news-events/test-event-wg-overview-and-charter-sip
it/upcoming-sipit-events/> , the 33rd installment of the SIP Forum's SIP
Interoperability Testing Event, is coming up fast in three weeks. The event
is scheduled the week of December 13-17, 2021.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the SIP Forum will be holding SIPit 33
virtually, with remote connectivity to the testing environment, and will
hosted by the <https://www.iol.unh.edu/> University of New Hampshire
Interoperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) located in Durham, New Hampshire.
Meetings associated with the event will be held using a variety of
video-conferencing services to facilitate discussion, brainstorming and
debugging amongst the event participants.

Organized by the SIP Forum, the SIPit events are the world's premier
interoperability testing events for SIP, bringing together leading SIP
application developers, service providers and IP communications equipment
manufacturers to ensure their SIP implementations work seamlessly together
in an IP network testing environment.

The purpose of SIPit is to test for interoperability of SIP implementations,
to determine the source of incompatibilities, inform new standards work, and
drive refinement of the specifications.

SIPit is organized by the SIP Forum's Test Event Working Group (TEWG),
co-chaired by Robert Sparks of Nostrum, and Chris Wendt, co-chair of the
joint SIP Forum/ATIS IP-NNI Task Force. To date, the SIP Forum has hosted
32 SIPit events around the globe. The previous event, SIPit 32, was also
hosted by the University of New Hampshire Interoperability Laboratory.

SIPit 33 FOCUS

The main focus for this upcoming SIPit 33 event will be on Secure Telephone
Identity (STI) related technologies. This includes protocols and industry

SIPit 33 tests can include various protocol-related Interop including:

. Rich Call Data

. Certificate Delegation

. Diversion

. SHAKEN

. RPH/911

In addition, SIPit 33 participants are welcome to also demonstrate and/or
